The Organizational Effectiveness (OE) Lecture Series is sponsored by the Ohio Center of Excellence in Human-Centered Innovation (OHCI) and the Department of Management and International Business, Raj Soin College of Business at Wright State University, in partnership with the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), the Miami Valley Human Resources Association (MVHRA), the Springfield Human Resources Management Association, and the Organization Development Network-Miami Valley. The OE Lecture Series features speakers who represent a wide range of perspectives on the factors, practices, and conditions that enable exceptional human processes and outcomes in organizational life. The OE Lecture Series should be of special interest to specialists in human resources, organization development, leadership, training and development, strategy, and efforts to shape an organization to reach its greatest potential.
