Gaines on May 1 becomes chair of the new neurology department  at Wright State University\u2019s Boonshoft School of Medicine.<\/p>\n<p>The  medical school and Premier Health Partners, who are partnering on a  neuroscience institute, announced his appointment late Wednesday.
