Gaines,  who was introduced last week as the chair of the Boonshoft School of  Medicine\u2019s new neurology department. \u201cThat\u2019s an advantage that attracted  me.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Gaines was referring to Premier  Health Partners and the Boonshoft School of Medicine, part of Wright  State University.
