Wright State University hosted in-person and virtual Fall Career Fairs for current students and alumni on Oct. 12.<\/p>\n
Participating students and alumni had opportunities to meet in-person with 55 employers recruiting for internships, co-ops and career positions from 8:30 a.m. to noon in the Student Union Apollo Room.<\/p>\n
\u201cOur employers have been very enthusiastic about meeting students and alumni in-person,\u201d said Debra Wilburn, associate director of Career Services<\/a>.<\/p>\n \u201cWe really hope to develop the relationship with Wright State,\u201d said Chris Watt, a job recruiter from Fischer Homes.<\/p>\n The virtual Career Fair followed the in-person session from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m.<\/p>\n \u201cVirtually is also good,\u201d said Conrad Bannerman, a graduate student studying business and attended the in-person Career Fair. \u201cAll of the people that I\u2019ve spoken to are kind of welcoming and they\u2019re looking forward to finding the best fit for their company.\u201d<\/p>\n Wright State Career Services hosted the Career Fairs.
