The Wright State University Foundation<\/a> has appointed four new trustees to its board, effective July 1, 2022.<\/p>\n

Tony Alexander<\/p><\/div>\n

\u201cWe are honored to welcome these outstanding business and community leaders from the Dayton region and beyond,\u201d said Scott Rash, president and CEO of the Wright State University Foundation. \u201cWe appreciate their willingness to volunteer their time and talents to the Wright State University Foundation Board of Trustees. They will provide outstanding service to the foundation, the university and our students.\u201d<\/p>\n

Tony Alexander<\/strong> graduated from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Science in Geography<\/a>. He is a past president of the Wright State Alumni Association. Alexander is the CEO of Great Oak Funding, where he runs a family of alternative debt funds.<\/p>\n

Bob Reynolds<\/p><\/div>\n

Bob Reynolds<\/strong> has a Bachelor of Science in Business with a major in accountancy<\/a> from Wright State. He is a past president of the Wright State Alumni Association and has served on the advisory board for the Department of Accountancy in the Raj Soin College of Business<\/a>. Reynolds is an audit services director and former nonprofit practice leader at Brady Ware, working with a variety of nonprofit organizations in southeast Indiana and southwest Ohio for over 30 years.<\/p>\n

Doniska Taylor<\/p><\/div>\n

Doniska Taylor<\/strong> is a graduate student in Wright State\u2019s College of Health, Education and Human Services<\/a>, where she is pursuing a Master of Education in Student Affairs in Higher Education<\/a>. She currently serves as a graduate assistant in the Office of Student Involvement and Leadership at Wright State. Taylor will be one of two Wright State students serving on the Foundation Board of Trustees.<\/p>\n

Loghan Young<\/p><\/div>\n

Loghan Young <\/strong>is a two-time graduate of Wright State with a bachelor\u2019s degree in organizational leadership<\/a> and a Master of Public Administration<\/a>. Young is a program manager for the Air Force Institute of Technology at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. She served four years of active duty in the U.S. Army as a transportation specialist, earning a combat action badge for her one-year tour in Kabul, Afghanistan.<\/p>\n

With the arrival of the new trustees comes the departure of two trustees who are completing their service to the board: Bill Montgomery, chair, president and CEO of Celina Insurance Group; and student trustee Emily Bundesen, who graduated from Wright State in April 2022 with a Master of Public Administration.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe are grateful to Bill and Emily for their contributions,\u201d said Rash. \u201cThey have tremendous passion for Wright State University and our students. Even though they will no longer be serving on the foundation board, I know they will continue to support our students and serve as ambassadors for our great university.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Wright State University Foundation also recently designated several former board members as emeriti trustees including Ron Cloyd, Brian Cooper, Travis Greenwood, John Lyman, M.D., Christopher McAtee, Dave McSemek, Judy Montgomery and Rob Suttman. The eight individuals honored with the status of emeritus trustee were selected for their exemplary service to the foundation board and their continued support of Wright State.<\/p>\n
