He is also a partner and the managing director of Soin Capital, LLC.<\/p>\n<p>Soin has experience in a variety of industries including defense contracting, IT, software development, investment management and composites manufacturing. He was previously chairman and CEO of International Consultants, Inc., a leading provider of professional technical services to the U.S. Army.<\/p>\n<p>He holds a bachelor\u2019s degree in bioengineering from Purdue University and graduated from the Young Executives Institute of the Kenan-Flagler School of Business at the University of North Carolina.<\/p>\n<p>Soin serves as Wright State University Board of Trustees chair and is on the board of directors for the Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce, Downtown Dayton Partnership and The Children\u2019s Medical Center of Dayton.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_13061\" style=\"width: 245px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/webapp2.wright.edu\/web1\/newsroom\/2012\/05\/17\/several-raiders-make-dbjs-40-under-40-list\/iseli-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-13061\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-13061\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-13061\" src=\"http:\/\/webapp2.wright.edu\/web1\/newsroom\/files\/2012\/05\/Iseli-2-235x300.jpg\" alt=\"Photo of Madeline Iseli\" width=\"235\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-13061\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Madeline Iseli<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Madeline Iseli<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Iseli graduated from Wright State in 2009 with a master\u2019s degree in English composition and rhetoric. She currently serves as vice president of the Sinclair College Advancement Division.<\/p>\n<p>Iseli\u2019s career has been built on public service, including five years in the district office for Congressman Tony P. Hall, where she served as a district director.<\/p>\n<p>She then became the executive director of a Dayton-based nonprofit organization that worked to pass federal legislation creating the Dayton Aviation Heritage National Historical Park and celebrated the centennial of powered flight in 2003.<\/p>\n<p>Iseli currently serves on the board of trustees for the National Conference for Community and Justice of Greater Dayton and on the board of directors for the Dayton Council on World Affairs at Wright State.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_13060\" style=\"width: 245px\" class=\"wp-caption alignright\"><a href=\"http:\/\/webapp2.wright.edu\/web1\/newsroom\/2012\/05\/17\/several-raiders-make-dbjs-40-under-40-list\/portraits-dayton-coalition-2\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-13060\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-13060\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-13060\" src=\"http:\/\/webapp2.wright.edu\/web1\/newsroom\/files\/2012\/05\/Hoagland-Jeff-2-235x300.jpg\" alt=\"Photo of Jeff Hoagland\" width=\"235\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a><p id=\"caption-attachment-13060\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Jeff Hoagland<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>Jeff Hoagland<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Jeff Hoagland worked in the Montgomery County Community and Economic Development office for six \u00a0years before joining the City of Kettering in 1995, where he served in various roles. In 2004, he joined the City of Vandalia as its city manager, a role he held until joining the Dayton Development Coalition in 2010 as the executive vice president of operations.<\/p>\n<p>He assumed the role of the coalition\u2019s president and CEO in 2011.<\/p>\n<p>Hoagland serves on several local boards, including the Wright State University MPA Advisory Board. He is a member of the Dayton Rotary and the Greater Dayton Mayors and Managers Association. He is a frequent guest lecturer in government classes at Wright State University and the University of Dayton.
