Scores were calculated using data that the programs reported to U.S. News in a statistical survey and from data collected in a separate peer reputation survey.<\/p>\n<p>Wright State\u2019s ranked programs include the <a href=\"https:\/\/engineering-computer-science.wright.edu\/biomedical-industrial-and-human-factors-engineering\/degrees-and-certificates\/master-of-science-in-industrial-and-human-factors-engineering\">Master of Science in Industrial and Human Factors Engineering program<\/a>, which is ranked No. 42. The program, which is offered by the in the <a href=\"https:\/\/engineering-computer-science.wright.edu\/\">College of Engineering and Computer Science<\/a>, is ranked third highest in Ohio ahead of schools such as Ohio University and University of Toledo.<\/p>\n<p>Industrial and systems engineers have their hand in virtually every kind of business, from designing products to getting them to market through the creative application of mathematics, science, business and human factors skills. They analyze, improve and make more efficient complex systems in manufacturing, health care, supply chain and other areas, keeping in mind the role humans play in such systems.<\/p>\n<p>The faculty in the Master of Science in Industrial and Human Factors Engineering program are dedicated to student success and are available evenings and weekends to answer questions and provide less than a 24-hour turnaround. New lecture videos are produced each semester providing a rich student experience.<\/p>\n<p>Because of Wright State\u2019s proximity to Dayton, a technological hub in the region, students are afforded greater opportunities to gain exposure to some of the top experts in the field, working with cutting-edge technology.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe Industrial and Human Factors Engineering program is very relevant to the region and the nation\u2019s interests, and providing a high-quality online program enhances the opportunities for the students,\u201d said Subhashini Ganapathy, Ph.D., professor and chair of the Department of Biomedical, Industrial and Human Factors Engineering.<\/p>\n<p>U.S. News also ranked the <a href=\"https:\/\/business.wright.edu\/master-of-business-administration\">Master of Business Administration program<\/a> (MBA) in the <a href=\"https:\/\/business.wright.edu\/\">Raj Soin College of Business<\/a> No. 132 overall and Best for Veterans at No. 97. Wright State\u2019s Master of Business (non-MBA) Program was ranked at No. 54.<\/p>\n<p>Wright State\u2019s MBA program is constructed around an online learning community to create an atmosphere of collaboration. Students matriculate through the curriculum with minimal face-to-face commitment for the student.<\/p>\n<p>Students can complete the program regardless of their geographic location and at the pace they desire, from one year for those who attend full-time to a maximum of five years.<\/p>\n<p>Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, DHL, FedEx, Amazon, Honda, Speedway, Crown and many other businesses and organizations have sent employees to Wright State\u2019s online graduate business programs. Nearly every midsized firm in the region and many throughout Ohio employ Wright State\u2019s more than 4,000 MBA alumni.<\/p>\n<p>Wright State\u2019s online <a href=\"https:\/\/health-education-human-services.wright.edu\/nursing\">master of science program with a concentration in nursing<\/a> was ranked No. 141 nationally. The graduate nursing program has strong community partnerships and an outstanding reputation in the region, fostering excellent clinical placement opportunities.<\/p>\n<p>The online modality of the program enables students to advance their nursing careers while continuing to work as a nurse.<\/p>\n<p>Wright State offers six nurse practitioner (NP) specialty track concentrations in the master\u2019s degree program: Adult-Gerontology Acute Care NP, Family NP, Neonatal NP, Pediatric NP \u2014 Acute Care, Pediatric NP \u2014 Primary Care and Psychiatric Mental Health NP. In addition, the M.S. program offers a unique concentration in the administration of nursing and health care systems.<\/p>\n<p>The overall national certification rate for the nurse practitioner specialty tracks in 2020 and 2021 was 94%.
