The institute\u2019s research portfolio doubled to $20 million for fiscal year 2012 from $10 million in fiscal 2011.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are relocating to a building that will accommodate our future growth,\u201d Fendley said. \u201cIt is ideally located in that it keeps us close to Wright State University and Wright-Patterson Air Force Base and our client base.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>The Wright State Applied Research Corp., the institute\u2019s non-profit contracting arm, purchased the building at 4035 Colonel Glenn Highway from Campus Point Realty, the real estate subsidiary of SAIC.
