Seven Top Scholars were awarded a book in their subject area that is now a permanent part of the Wright State University Libraries\u2019 collection.<\/p><\/div>\n

Seven students in Wright State University\u2019s class of 2024 were honored as the 2024 Top Scholars for their colleges.<\/p>\n

The Top Scholars awards are presented annually to a graduating student from each college and the Lake Campus. Top Scholars are selected by the dean of their college.<\/p>\n

The University Libraries<\/a> and Provost Amy Thompson recognized the recipients during a ceremony in April.<\/p>\n

A book is purchased and added to the University Libraries\u2019 permanent collections in honor of each Top Scholar. The subjects of the books are chosen from within the student\u2019s major.<\/p>\n

Wright State University and the Friends of the Libraries<\/a> fund the award, which is now in its 30th year.<\/p>\n
