Once completed in fall 2014, it would double the capacity of students who could be housed there to 64, said\u00a0Julie Miller, development officer at WOEF.<\/p>\n<p>The building will be paid for through the sale of tax-exempt revenue bonds supported by Mercer County commissioners and the People\u2019s Bank Co. of Coldwater.<\/p>\n<p>The fully furnished apartments, which include furniture and utilities, cater to a changing demographic of students at the campus, Miller said.
