Classes in the program will be offered in the second semester for students seeking two- and four-year degrees.<\/p>\n<p>Originally from Jamaica, Simons moved to the United States on an international scholarship to attend North Dakota State University in Fargo, where he received a bachelor&#8217;s degree in food science.
