Registration and a continental breakfast will be at 7:30 a.m.<\/p>\n<p>The symposium is designed for practicing physicians, registered nurses, physician assistants, medical assistants, surgical staff, athletic trainers, coaches and current and future orthopaedic surgery and sports medicine residents.<\/p>\n<p>The course will enable participants to properly identify common and less common upper extremity musculoskeletal injuries and discuss factors affecting diagnosis, prevention and treatment of those disorders. Participants will be able to identify mechanisms of acute injuries. They will be able to perform appropriate evaluations and treatments that will produce the best long-term results. In addition, participants will be able to employ new and emerging technologies for the treatment of musculoskeletal disorders.<\/p>\n<p>This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and Policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of Wright State University and Wright State Physicians Inc.
