FAIRBORN, Ohio — <\/strong>The state budget announced Tuesday will have a big effect on local state universities and it comes at a time when money is already tight.At Wright State University, cuts will amount to $30 million over the next two years and students are concerned.Megan Uhrig, a graduate student at WSU, has been following what\u2019s happening at the statehouse. \u201cIt\u2019s shocking when you consider how much they\u2019re cutting out of Wright State\u2019s budget,\u201d she said.\u201cIt is by far the largest budget reduction we have ever seen from the state,\u201d said Matthew Filipic, university vice president. But, he said, it is a smaller cut than what it might have been.
