Half of campus seems like a construction zone.<\/p>\n<p>In fact, several major building projects are underway, including a $23 million redo of its Creative Arts Center, a new $14 million Student Success Center and Classroom Building, a $37 million Neuroscience Engineering Collaboration building and a $5 million cafeteria and multipurpose common building.<\/p>\n<p>About 700 to 800 students will pass through the new classroom building per hour, Sudkamp said, but the focus of the building will be small, interactive classroom spaces.
