Rowland, a 32-year veteran at the intelligence agency, was selected by Secretary of the Air Force Deborah Lee James, according to NASIC. His appointment was effective Sept. 25.<\/p>\n<p>Rowland, of Fairborn, is one of seven senior-level civilian executive positions equivalent to a one-star brigadier general at the intelligence center, the agency said. He will be a chief adviser to NASIC commander Col.
