Eddie McClintock \u201991, star of the Syfy series “Warehouse 13,” served as master of ceremonies for the gala event formally announcing Wright State\u2019s $150 million campaign.<\/p><\/div>\n

Rise. Shine. The Campaign for Wright State University<\/a>\u00a0was formally announced by President David R. Hopkins on Oct. 18 before 600 students, faculty, staff, donors and other special guests at the Wright State University Nutter Center.<\/p>\n

The $150 million fundraising campaign promises to further elevate Wright State\u2019s prominence by expanding scholarships, attracting more top-flight faculty and supporting construction of state-of-the-art facilities.<\/p>\n

Serving as master of ceremonies at the gala\u00a0was 1991 Wright State graduate Eddie McClintock, who most recently starred\u00a0in the popular Syfy series \u201cWarehouse 13.\u201d<\/p>\n

The campaign is co-chaired by Hollywood icon Tom Hanks and Amanda Wright Lane, great grandniece of university namesakes Wilbur and Orville Wright.<\/p>\n
