The series focuses on building resilience and well-being. Most people can further develop their mental health and enjoy gains in their quality of life.<\/p>\n<p>The series is free and open to the public. The session, \u201cSelf and Others,\u201d will be held Thursday, June 9, from 7 to 8:30 p.m., in classroom 1 on the second floor of the Wright State Physicians Health Center on the Wright State University campus.<\/p>\n<p>The speaker is Paul Hershberger, Ph.D., a clinical health psychologist. He is a professor of family medicine and director of behavioral science for the Family Medicine Residency Program at the Wright State University <a href=\"http:\/\/medicine.wright.edu\/\">Boonshoft School of Medicine<\/a>.
