Books will be distributed to the community through the C.A.L.L. Food Pantry.<\/p>\n<p>Donations will be accepted through Monday, Feb. 6.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/lake.wright.edu\/\">Lake Campus<\/a> donated more than the expected amount of canned goods for its Giving Tuesday Drive, inspiring a second donation drive.<\/p>\n<p>Martin Luther King Jr. asked what individuals were doing for their community, said Lucy Flowers, the student internship coordinator and diversity initiatives at Lake Campus. Flowers said while it is important for students to attend school to earn their degree it is also important to serve their community.<\/p>\n<p>The Association for the Study of African American Life and History chose the &#8220;crisis in black education\u201d as the theme for Black History Month.
