The camp included 40 players of oboes, clarinets and bassoons.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe\u2019re kind of a geek niche,\u201d said Bill Jobert, a senior lecturer in the <a href=\"https:\/\/liberal-arts.wright.edu\/music\">Wright State School of Music<\/a>. \u201cWe all kind of have a good time just being together.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-44874\" src=\"http:\/\/webapp2.wright.edu\/web1\/newsroom\/files\/2017\/04\/50th-anniversary-logo-700x550-260x204.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"260\" height=\"204\" \/>This was the third year for the week-long camp, which concluded on July 14 with a concert featuring all 40 campers performing in Schuster Hall in\u00a0the Creative Arts Center.<\/p>\n<p>Wright State became an independent institution in 1967 and spent the next 50 years growing into an innovative leader in affordable and accessible education.
