We were live on the air, and broke into programming, even  with some shows on popular season finales. Wright State Mass Media  lecturer, Dave Baxter, explains why we as a public information resource,  licensed by the FCC, do it.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;They&#8217;re expected to operate in the  public interest.
