The students are selected by the dean of their college based on high academic achievement.<\/p>\n<p>The Top Scholars program has been in existence since 1995. The Wright State Parents&#8217; Association purchases a book in each scholar\u2019s name in their subject area for addition to the University Libraries\u2019 collections. Each Top Scholar is named on a bookplate and in the online catalog record for their book.<\/p>\n<p>Top Scholars for 2011 are:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ryan R.
