{"id":51743,"date":"2018-04-16T13:31:27","date_gmt":"2018-04-16T17:31:27","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/webapp2.wright.edu\/web1\/newsroom\/?p=51743"},"modified":"2022-09-29T11:46:04","modified_gmt":"2022-09-29T15:46:04","slug":"wright-state-dance-ensemble-to-hold-spring-dance-concert","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/webapp2.wright.edu\/web1\/newsroom\/2018\/04\/16\/wright-state-dance-ensemble-to-hold-spring-dance-concert\/","title":{"rendered":"Wright State Dance Ensemble to hold Spring Dance Concert"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/liberal-arts.wright.edu\/theatre-dance-and-motion-pictures\/degrees-and-programs\/dance\">Wright State University Dance Ensemble<\/a> will perform works by guest choreographers Shannon Bramham and Erin Robbins as well as works by university dance faculty members during its annual Spring Dance Concert.<\/p>\n<p>The concert also features works by the Dayton Contemporary Dance Company II and Dayton Ballet II.<\/p>\n<p>Performances take place in the Festival Playhouse in the Creative Arts Center on Thursday, April 19, at 7 p.m.; Friday, April 20, and Saturday, April 21, at 8 p.m.; and Sunday, April 22, at 2 p.m.<\/p>\n<p>Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for seniors and $5 for students. A perfect representation of the edgy style Bramham is known for, the piece blends a variety of styles, including modern, jazz and hip-hop.
