In 2006, he served on the Banner Implementation Team and was instrumental in making financial aid information accessible through WINGS Express. His hard work has decreased phone calls and office visits because students are able to find their answers on the web.<\/p>\n<p>Skira has collaborated with the Office of Institutional Research for several years.
