For 25 years she worked in Troy City Schools in areas such as teaching, curriculum building and athletic coaching. She has also conducted research on middle level education and created a program for disengaged seventh- and eighth-grade students.<\/p>\n<p>Her teaching at Wright State is well-received by her students and peers. She receives outstanding student evaluation reviews and continuously strives to improve her teaching methods to better accommodate students. One of her former students said, \u201cMrs. K is wonderful, I\u2019m not sure how else to phrase it.
