Working with 15 highly-trained Swazis, the VanderWals endeavor to  share the Gospel and deliver comprehensive health care to 25,000 rural  patients a year in Swaziland, an African nation with the highest  HIV\/AIDS infection rate in the world.<\/p>\n<p>Harry attended  Wright State University School of Medicine. In 2006, Harry completed his  residency training in internal medicine\/pediatrics at Wright State  University Boonshoft School of Medicine.
