Wright State University has distributed over 10,000 face coverings to students, faculty and staff since Fall Semester began on Aug. 24.<\/p>\n
The university requires face covering in all buildings and also outside when people are within six feet distance from each other.<\/p>\n
Free masks were distributed at ‘Turning Points,” the front entrance of the Student Union and at Dunbar Library for anyone who forgot their mask when they arrived on campus.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe realized that we should have them available for students so that wouldn\u2019t happen,\u201d said Kathy Engisch, interim dean of College of Science and Mathematics.<\/p>\n
Wright State President Sue Edwards has been walking around campus and distributing hundreds of masks on her own. \u201cShe has set up a condition and a culture here that she cares about all of us,\u201d said Engisch.<\/p>\n
Masks with the Wright State biplane logo are available for purchase in vending machines around campus for $2.25.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
