Bruce Cromer, professor of Acting and Movement in the Department of Theatre Arts, Dance, and Motion Pictures, will play Scrooge in the Cincinnati Playhouse’s “A Christmas Carol” during the month of December.  This is Cromer’s 7th year as Charles Dickens’ miser, visited by three ghosts who lead him to redemption.  Cromer played Bob Cratchit in the production for 8 years, prior to taking over the leading role.  This will be his sixth acting job while on Development Leave from the BFA Professional Actor Training Program; he will also appear in “Time Stands Still” at the Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati in March of 2012.
