As the Wikileaks controversy continues to dominate the news cycle this episode involving sensitive intelligence material is simmering on the side. Anthony Shaffer, a Wright State grad, recently appeared on my radio show on WYSO.
The brouhaha over a book called “Operation Dark Heart: Spycraft and Special Ops on the Frontlines of Afghanistan — and The Path to Victory” by Lieutenant Colonel Anthony Shaffer (Thomas Dunne Books) continues. Shaffer has just sued the Pentagon over the last minute redactions they made to his book.
