Wright State University has surpassed the goal of its $150 million capital campaign.
The school made the announcement Tuesday night at a gala at the Nutter Center that featured actor Tom Hanks, who was in town meeting with students and dedicating a new motion picture center in his name on campus. The school says it has pledges close to $152.2 million for the campaign, the largest in its history.
