Wright State students raised $40,000 for Dayton Children’s Hospital during Raiderthon, Wright State’s fourth annual dance marathon, in the Student Union Apollo Room.
Students stayed on their feet throughout the Nov. 19 event, which ran from 10 a.m. Saturday to 1 a.m. Sunday, dancing for patients at Dayton Children’s who are battling life-threatening illnesses.
More than 500 dancers were registered for the event. Over the past four years, Raiderthon has raised nearly $200,000 for Dayton Children’s.
