Wright State offering training sessions for education professionals and students this summer

Wright State University’s College of Health, Education and Human Services and the Office of Partnership and Field Experiences are holding a Summer Partnership Institute and Summer Equity Institute.

The Summer Equity Institute is provided in part by the I Educate Montgomery County Grant Team, in collaboration with the Office of Partnerships and Field Experiences, the University of Dayton, Miami University, Sinclair Community College and Central State University.

The free workshops or presentations are open to all who are interested. Participants may choose from 20 education-focused learning opportunities.

Additionally, the Dayton Regional STEM School will host a STEM Leader Summit on Thursday, June 8, from 9 a.m. to noon, and the Holocaust and Genocide Network will hold Courage, Knowledge & Community: All Ohio Summer Conference for Educators on Holocaust and Genocide on Tuesday, June 13, from 9 a.m. to noon at Wright State and Wednesday, June 14, from 9 a.m. to noon at Dayton Metro Library.
