FAIRBORN — When the FBI, Army National Guard and Ohio Highway Patrol visit Wright State University’s growing disaster training ground this month, they’ll be tested by simulated chemical, biological and nuclear hazards.
What these “first providers” of medical care won’t find is many of the environmental hazards that once plagued 50 acres near the heart of the city.
