CELINA — America isn’t keeping up with the rest of the world in higher education. It’s a concerning trend. It also isn’t for a lack of effort from institutions like Wright State University and its satellite campus on the north shore of Grand Lake St. Marys, the university’s president said Wednesday.
WSU President David Hopkins visited the Lake Campus on Wednesday and provided his annual report to the community.
