Party on the Patio is an annual celebration that gives students a chance to learn more about student organizations, educational opportunities and services offered by different departments at Wright State’s Lake Campus.
Students played Cornhole, oversized Jenga and enjoyed snacks. Organized by Lake Campus Student Services, Party on the Patio attracted about 100 people and 10 student organizations.
“One doesn’t have to just do academics here, there’s a lot of opportunities for students to get involved in the community or their hobbies,” said Dane Daniel, an associate professor of history.
Wright State celebrates its 50th anniversary as an independent public university in 2017, culminating with a special Homecoming celebration Sept. 29 through Oct. 1.
