Hurley, a nursing major, and a Pennington, an accounting and finance major, are students at Wright State University. They are to graduate a week before they leave for California to start the trip in June. They said they thought it was a good way to end their college careers.
“I thought, ‘That’s pretty awesome,'” Hurley said. “It’s something I can take with me on my career. In nursing, you need to have leadership and this will help me build on that.”
