As a longtime college coach whose teams were always known to score a lot, Ralph Underhill knows the value of a good assist man, someone who always sets you up when you really need it.
But he’s never had a guy like this one.
Matt Bruns just may save his life.
For the past 3½ years Underhill’s health has been in serious decline. After more than two decades dealing with diabetes, the Wright State Hall of Fame coach’s kidneys began to fail and he went on dialysis.
