Wright State University President David R. Hopkins visited his alma mater Elyria High School last month to speak to the junior class during College Awareness Day, sponsored by College Now GEAR UP.
Hopkins spoke about access to college, his own experiences and path to college from Elyria High School to Wright State.
Hopkins spoke in the school’s performing arts center, which is part of a brand new building that also includes a first rate TV studio, where Hopkins was also interviewed.
