The School of Graduate Studies will have a name change, effective July 1, becoming known as the Wright State University Graduate School.
The new name will enable prospective master’s, doctoral and professional students to more readily locate information about Wright State’s graduate programs, as well as assist researchers, innovators and the general public to have increased awareness of the purpose of the school, according to Steven Angle, university provost.
“With over 4,000 students in graduate and professional programs, the Graduate School has become a key part of Wright State’s mission of changing lives,” said Angle.
“We look forward to the Graduate School’s continued growth in prominence as we endeavor to make Wright State Ohio’s most innovative university,” he added.
