Barbara Fowler, nursing and health, received the 2011 International Advocate Award at Wright State’s University Center for International Education 27th Friendship Affair. Fowler was nominated by nursing student Collins Uzuegbu, a native of Nigeria. In his nomination, Uzuegbu expressed his appreciation for Fowler’s generosity and guidance.
