Friends and former colleagues of Andrea (Voss) Vellinga, the former Wright State volleyball player who was injured in the stage collapse at the Indiana State Fair on Aug. 13, have established a website for support and updates on her status and have set up two days of events to try to help the former Raider.
On Friday, Sept. 16, as the WSU volleyball team hosts Youngstown State at 6 p.m., tables will be set up to give information on Vellinga and sell pink T-shirts, which the team will wear during warm-ups. Team members will also wear matching pink ribbons in their hair.
