DAYTON, Ohio (WDTN) – Experts at Wright State University say an epidemic is plaguing the Miami Valley community.
Prescription pill abuse is happening so frequently, that professors have teamed up with Public Health Dayton and Montgomery County doing research, trying to get to the bottom of the issue.
“I think that prudent prescribing is certainly one solution to the problem.” The problem professor Russel Falck is talking about is the growing number of people addicted to and abusing prescription pain pills.
