A new book by Sue Polanka, Head of Reference & Instruction, was published in September 2011: “E-Reference Context and Discoverability in Libraries; Issues and Concepts.”
Contributors include Jane Wildermuth, Head of Digital Services; Terese DeSimio, Science Librarian; and Ximena Chrisagis, Nursing Librarian. The advisory board included Kathy Reynolds, Education & Human Services Librarian; and Piper Martin, Social Sciences & Humanities Librarian.
