Raiders primed to play pair of Wisconsin teams this weekend

The excitement continues this weekend when a pair of Horizon League rivals take on the Raiders at the Wright State Nutter Center.

Wright State plays host to Green Bay Friday night on ESPNU at 9 p.m. and Milwaukee Sunday on Dayton’s CW at 3 p.m. Friday night will also be Fairborn Night as the Raiders take on the Phoenix.

The Milwaukee Panthers come to town for Academic Recognition Day on Sunday. For those watching at home on Dayton’s CW, an interview with Wright State President David R. Hopkins will be shown at halftime.

Prior to the game at 1 p.m., in the Wright State University Nutter Center Berry Room, esteemed faculty member Nathan W. Klingbeil, Ph.D., professor and associate dean for academic affairs, College of Engineering and Computer Science, and a past recipient of Ohio Professor of the Year, will present “Engineering Students’ Success,” a frank discussion about the first-year college experience.
