A Wright State University professor of orthopaedic surgery – Michael Johnson – is co-chairing the Operation Smile Burns Program.
Johnson will be one of 30 medical professionals with burn experience working in developing, underserved areas of the world to help those who suffer from correctable burn-related deformities, according to Wright State.
