Tom Miller, the 72-year-old Chillicothe native who earned six bachelor’s degrees from Wright State University in June, began his studies in 2000, taking advantage of what then was known as the Senior Scholars continuing education program. The program, which was scaled back several years later, allowed Miller to not only take college courses, but earn credits for them, too.
