David Hopkins, president of Wright State University, has been selected as the recipient of the Regional Leadership Award for 2012 by the Dayton Business Journal.
The award is part of the DBJ’s Business of the Year awards program, and honors a person from the local region who has taken the lead in trying to help improve the local community.
“David is such a great leader in the Dayton community,” said Carol Clark, publisher of the Dayton Business Journal. “As education, training and innovation become tantamount for the future, David and Wright State have taken a central role in leading those areas.”
