Several dozen high school students will get a taste of the business world this month as part of a program hosted by at Wright State University and several Dayton-area businesses.
The Raj Soin College of Business will host a Professional Business Institute from July 14 to 17. The weekend program will focus on a case study of Scene75 entertainment center, as students are confronted with the everyday challenges and scenarios of managing that business.
D.R. Fannin, director of the Center for Economic Education and Financial Literacy in the Raj Soin College of Business, said the goal of such a program is to get high school students acclimated to the business world at a younger age.
