Wright State Research Institute is ahead of its ambitious growth projections, with new staff and portfolio companies being added in recent months.
Since bringing on Jason Parker as its new director in early June, the institute has added seven jobs and plans three more by the end of December. It also has grown its research portfolio by over $2 million from existing contracts.
This comes amid an already aggressive strategy of growth for the research and development organization affiliated with Wright State University. Wright State Research Institute has grown 550 percent in size and workload since its founding six years ago.
