Wright State’s Shafer quick in the class room and on the cross country course

Dan Shafer finished his undergraduate degree in accounting in three years at Wright State. He’s just as fast outside the classroom.

Shafer was named Horizon League Runner of the Week on Monday after finishing 16th overall and eighth among Division I runners at the All-Ohio Intercollegiate last Friday at Cedarville University. He finished the 8-kilometer race in 25 minutes, 43.22 seconds.
