Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine has named Colleen Hayden, M.S., as the new manager of curriculum and instructional design in the Office of Academic Affairs, effective Nov. 1.
Hayden is responsible for managing and enhancing the medical school’s curriculum and facilitating the development, transition and implementation of a new curriculum, which will be focused on significant learning, milestones, active and engaged learning and professional formation.
Hayden comes to the Office of Academic Affairs from the Department of Internal Medicine, where she served as manager of business and clinical operations. She has been with the medical school since 2007.
Her interests include educational training and development for sustainable change in organizations. She holds a bachelor’s in history and a master’s in leadership development from Wright State University. She is studying for her doctor of education in organizational studies, including certification in instructional design.
